We were able to reveal the beautiful features of this vernacular building and complement it with the additional of a link extension to create a fantastic country bolthole for a busy London family.
We were fortunate to work with a local construction company who took great care in working on this fragile structure.
The design sought to highlight the historic features of the old barn and contrast with the bold modern extension. A link with folding glazed doors bridging the two.
